Hi, I’m Debbie.

My mission is to help individuals gain peace and clarity by becoming intentionally organized. Working together, we can create a space that truly reflects who you are and what’s important to you.

By providing gentle guidance and a helping hand, I’ll help you move from disordered to ordered. We aren’t looking for Pinterest-perfect, but rather a thoughtfully decluttered and organized home.

I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), and respectfully adhere to the NAPO® Code of Ethics. Your privacy and dignity is of upmost importance to me.

Well & Orderly offers organizing services in beautiful Portland, Oregon. Please call 971-808-3503 today, or send an email to debbie@wellandorderly.com for a free phone consultation. I’m honored to assist you in this journey.

Debbie put me at ease by laying out a game plan to tackle problem spots and helping me sort and prioritize items in each area. It took a lot less time than expected, and ultimately things function much more efficiently now than before. Her professional and nonjudgmental manner really helped me get past my uncertainty and let go of things that were not working well. It felt like a “breath of fresh air” in my home to see the results in my problem spaces once Debbie had worked there!

Aren’t you going to make me throw away all my stuff?

- No. We will evaluate what you have and you will make the decision whether it stays or goes.

Aren’t you expensive?

- While organizing may seem like a luxury, you’ll get so much more free time and peace of mind after our services, and you’ll be able to apply what you’ve learned from our sessions to your space.

Aren’t you judgmental?

- Not at all. We’ve all been there. I’m not perfect, or even perfectly organized all the time. I am here to help.

Don’t you clean my house?

- No. I can do some light cleaning of the space we are organizing, but I won’t deep clean. I’m there to assist you on your organizing journey.
